Your Fitness program is personalised and updated monthly as well as designed specifically for YOUR goals. You can select from training at Home or Gym, whatever you feel more comfortable with.
You can also be confident in the fact that you are performing the exercises correctly as we will provide
demonstrations for each exercise.
With our past experiences and knowledge of what exercises work best for each person’s preference, we will make sure your Coaching Couple program is allowing you to optimise your potential for each workout session.
We will let you know what exercises to do, and the frequency of them.

Nor do meals have to take forever to prepare.
Let us know what your food preferences or allergies are if you have any and we will make sure you receive a
meal plan that you love! With our experience and knowledge, we will design your
meal plan with delicious recipes so that you never get bored of eating the same foods on a daily basis again!
We know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so leave that up to us! Just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent!
You will get a shopping list, so you will know exactly what to get at the supermarket as well as the convenience of having the shopping list on your mobile device.
